Need help! Best place to work in Tampa?

Hey Everyone!
I am a nursing student and a health unit coordinator as well as a CNA. I am moving just north of Tampa. I am changing jobs and schools! Exciting and so scary! I am very happy with my job now and the hospital I work for. I have a great team, manager and benefits. I am looking for a great hospital to work for (workers, pay, benefits etc). I have experience mainly on the orthopedic surgical floor (which I love). I have heard the orthopedic surgeons down there are not the nicest. A little worried! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
