Nearly a graduate and want to go away

Hi,

I am nearly a graduate in BSC General Nursing in Ireland and all I want to do is go abroad and travel/work with my qualidfication. All I have heard though is you have to stay to get experience and everywhere you need experience. Is there anyone who has travelled straight from their degree and its working out for them?
