Pediatric nurse

So today I had an interview for a Peds nurse position in an outpatient office.The interview must have lasted an 1hour. I felt like it wasn't an interview because we just talked and she made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't asked any questions that most ppl get during an interview. I met some nurses their and I even met the drs their too. The lead Dr wasnt there so she's having me come back to meet them. She said if the dr was there I would have been able to meet them. Either way does that sound like good news? I'm excited and would love this position, that's why I became a nurse is to work with kids and be an advocate for them. Thank you for your time.
