CNA II OR MED TECH?

I'm trying to figure out to take my cna a step further, so I can get better pay and focused on school more, because at the end of my shift. I'm super tired. I was thinking..a telementry tech, dialysis tech or cna 2 or med tech. I love interacting with patients. But the work at my nursing home is way too much and I'm falling behind in my classes..which is more beneficial and can you explain why ? thanks so much!
