How to get started doing insurance physicals?

I am looking into getting started doing insurance physicals, but do not where to start. If anyone has any information or companies they work for please let me know.

When I started doing them, I went with Portamedic. http://www.portamedic.com/ They are called Hooper Homes now.

i worked with portamedic too. in my area (very rural) it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. hopefully they have changed some of their policies along with their name.

Don't know what company, but a friend went that route on the side. Eventually refused to do any more until they paid her what they owed her. It's been over 2 years now. If someone's had good experience with a certain firm I'm interested.
