If I take this job will I still be able to get jobs in acute care?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has worked or knows anyone who has worked at Boston Healthcare for the Homeless? I am interested in applying there and wanted to see if I did if this job would set me back to getting a job in the future in an acute care unit such as the ED. I have years experience on a telemetry, step-down unit and have previously done work in global health nursing. Any advice would be great!
