Getting started in case management

Hi all,
I have been an RN for 3.5 yrs now and I am looking for something away from the beside. Can anyone tell me how they got started in case management? I am looking at jobs in central ohio with Aetna. Thanks!
There was just a clip on the TV news yesterday, dunno if these were RN case mangers or not, but they said they were stacked up to 5x their normal case load due to CMs quitting and not being replaced. The head person stated: "Yeah, but it's all 'paper work'." Oh ... only paperwork. YMMV.
