What to disclose regarding records with a job application

I pleaded not guilty and got a pretrial program and then case closed and expunged.
Would I still have to disclose that with a hospital if I am applying to work for them?

If the hospital requires disclosure, do not lie. It is better to be up front from the get go than have this uncovered later and get fired because you were not truthful on your application. Remember, even expunged offenses are still available to law enforcement and also your BoN depending on your state of residence.
