reciprocity

I am thinking about relocating to Nevada from California and wanted to find out if I apply for reciprocity first to be able to apply for jobs or can I find a job first then get reciprocity?
You will not be able to find a job in Nevada without possessing NV RN licensure. You can apply for jobs in NV, but the likelihood of receiving any callbacks from recruiters and/or HR staff without a NV RN license is almost zero.
When I was relocating to Michigan, I had a job offer before I even applied for reciprocity. The recruiter actually watched the BON website every day after I applied for my license & she knew it was approved before I did.I think you can apply for jobs but just be up front & tell them you're in the process of getting your NV license.
