i just apply at franciscan alliance at munster indiana

hi i filled out franciscan alliance in munster, indiana and i was checking my application status and it said preliminary screen. what does that mean? can anybody tell me? is this a good thing or bad thing? its only been a week since i applied so i am just waiting to see what they will say next.
