Current Resources for returning to acute care

One of our posters was asking about resources to update her knowledge base. She/he was saying the use of books was helping, but I find by the time a book is published the information may already be out dated. I would like for us to submit resources that are found on line as they are the most up to date. I like to use Medscape for current trends in nursing. One can sign up for e-mails to be made aware of changes with medications, procedures etc. Any other on-line resources out there?? Are they free of charge?? Thank you!!

practicalclinicalskills.com is a good resource for heart/lung sounds and ekg review.
