Which Graduate Degree??

I'm curious what people think is the best grad school option for nursing, both in terms of pay and job flexibility.... The choices are:

1) Adult Acute Care NP
2) Adult NP
3) CRNA
For both I would say Adult NP. The Acute Care NP and CRNA are more specialty tracts which by definition are not as flexible as an adult NP would be.
