salary info in Cincinnati

Hi....I'm relocating to Cincinnati from San Diego & I need some information on salary ranges for nurse w/20+ yrs of experience. My current specialty is Interventional Radiology for last 10yrs with IMU neuro/trauma experience prior to that. Any advice out there? My current position is paid based on years of experience & California pays RN's more than Ohio so I'm not sure what my expectations should be. I'm interviewing for positions presently & salary negotiating will be headed my way soon.
