What is it like to work in UK or anywhere abroad compared to working here in philippines?

I'm just wondering if things do get a little bit better when you work abroad compare to your nursing life here in philippines? knowing our nurse-patient ratio here is 1:20 or on public hospitals 1 nurse is to 30 patients. and yes, without proper compensation
