critical care RN to OB nurse

Hi all,

I am currently working as a nurse in very busy and stressful step down icu/tele unit in large hospital. I just passed my 2 year mark as nurse but I also have 5 years as a pca. My dream job is in peds, 1st nicu 2nd labor and delivery and then med surg peds. Yesterday I received call to interview/ shadow in the l&d unit in our children's hospital. I was told I am the highest bidder which basically means the job is mine. Any thoughts on how to make the transition a little bit easier, interview tips, or just questions that I should ask??
