San Diego NICU

We are relocating to San Diego this summer. I currently work at a level 4 NICU and would like to stay in NICU any suggestions on best ones in the area ? What is the salary range in that area I have five years experience

I'm not a NICU nurse but we have several good hospitals. Sharp Mary Birch and Rady Children's are the two most highly spoken of from what I've heard. My friends at MB love working there. I'm not sure about the pay, somewhere around 38 I would think.
