Is it normal to feel lost?

I have been a nurse for 2+ years and recently started a job on a different unit. I'm on my third week and I still feel lost and I feel like I don't know anything. I am in a new environment, new people, new faces etc. etc. plus it's a totally different floor to what my previous department is. Let me know if you felt the same way too.
