Falsey accused of verbal abuse

Hi , I was falsey accused of verbal abuse after a consumer called dmh Missouri stating he was in fear of his life. I work in the mrdd field as a LPN, I asked him to take his am meds which is a struggle several days a week he became loud and starting cursing me out. There was another staff ptesent, I was not pulled off the schedule and didn't write a statement or talk to dmh investigator until 2 1/2 weeks after the incident. I have remained in the home only working with one consumer. I am very nervous of the outcome because I have so much to loose. HELP HOW LONG DOES THESE THINGS TAKE
