LPN and RN application

Hello, I am a Philippine Registered nurse currently staying here in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Just recently I received an email from the NNAS stating that my advisory report is ready. By the way, I have two applications from the NNAS, that's for the RN and LPN. Since I already have my advisory, from my understanding, I can start my application at CRNNS and CLPNNS. I just want to clarify if it is possible to apply at two regulatory bodies at the same time. I need your advices on how to handle such dilemma.
