Home Care or LTC?

For those of you who have experience in long-term care facilities, home care, or both: Which would you prefer to work, and why?
I have worked in both. I prefer home health because there is less exposure to backstabbing coworkers and of course it is easier to be responsible for one patient rather than 80.

home care - more flexibility, lots of autonomy, better schedule, one on one with patient - love it so much more than LTC or hospital

home health of course, easier and less stressfull.
