Answer to both is it can be, but isn't always. You will need to analyze things and be prepared to stretch in ways that aren't comfortable.

What was that commercial? Something along the lines of..... "Do the Walton's take a ridiculously long time saying goodnight?...." Nursing is a rollercoaster. The lows suck but the highs are awesome.
