Help from a nurse

This is a time sensitive thing. I need to do an 'interview with a nurse' for a class I am in. I have a list of questions that I need to have answered by a nurse. If you will help let me know so I can get the questions to you. I need this information by tomorrow night (9/20/10). I would really appreciate some help on this.
