Hospital/City opinions

Hello everyone.

I am just wondering if I could get some reviews and opinions of hospitals in AZ and TX. I have been a nurse in Albuquerque for 10 years and need a change of area. I am looking for pediatric units/Hospitals and would love to see what others think of the places they have worked.

I have worked everywhere from PICU to General Peds, as well as a few years in Nursing Infomatics.

My main thoughts were of Austin, Plano, San Antonio, Phoenix area but would like to hear of others as well. I prefer University settings but open to anything.

Hermann in Houston is excellent - very big facility. Baylor in Dallas - good but has had some financial trouble. Austin has great hospitals and is a great place to live....not sure of job openings.
