Looking for a nurse practictioner to interview

Hi y'all!

I would like to to find from a nursing practioner and an RN what their views are about nursing research, how long they have been practicing and how they learned about research, how they utilize it in their practice, how research helps or doesn't help them in their practice. Examples of how research has or has not helped them in anyway will be appreciated. Will you call nursing research uneccessary and a pain or something that is very useful in your practice as an NP and RN.
