CA to NV Endorsement Form Assistance

Hello,

I am a RN in CA moving to NV. Just finished my application in NV BUT I have the endorsement form left to complete. Should I be mailing this to a specific department in the CA BRN? From their site, I believe it is a $60 fee and labeled "verification of CA licensure". Can anyone confirm this? It would be greatly appreciated!
