Is it okay in NKTI basic skills training to use an IVT Certificate of on-going processing even if the original requirement calls for an ANSAP card. I haven't completed my IVT yet, besides the processing takes about 2-3 months. I want to train at NKTI, will they allow a certification instead of an IVT card?
