LPN to RN specialty

Hey guys, I'm currently in my 3rd clinical right now for my LPN program, and I just wanted to know if there are any programs here in B.C. that allows for LPN's w/ sufficient work experience (preferably in an acute setting) to bridge into an RN program. My goal is to be able to work in a specialty (Renal, Cardiac, ICU, etc..).
