Thank you so much for sharing your story and your patient's story with us. She faced her death with dignity and grace. We are challenged by this to live a fuller life and to be grateful for the gifts we are given. It also teachs us a lesson in how to be gracious, which is becoming a lost art in the 21st century. You will never forget her, and now her story will touch others.

what a beautiful story. I am sorry to hear that your patient passed away. I am sure she was watching you on graduation

What a beautiful person. You are fortunate to have had the experience you did and you tell it well. PS. If this is for the upcoming January wouldn't it be 2011?

I went to school in 2009 and graduated Jan. 2010. I just started posting some of my blog entries on allnurses. Thanks for the feedback, you are all so sweet to read and comment!

Beautifully written. I hope you do more of these! This is one of the reasons why I love nursing -- it's amazing how much patients give us.

Thank you so much for bringing a smile and a tear into my day. These are the moments that give me goosebumps and remember why I am working so hard to finish school. BTW - you truly have a gift for telling this story.

You wrote this story beautifully - just the way she would have liked it. I have only began my journey in nursing, and haven't met a patient like that, but I, too, will never forget yours. This has really inspired me to live fully every day.

Absolutely Wonderful. Thank you for your perfectly written story. We take away so much more from our patients then we give I think....It is great to see her spirits high in a time of great sadness.....She must have loved her life and lived it well.....Thank you again!

Online Interactive TEAS practice tests. Besides the ATI website that allows taking the practice test twice/$35, are there any other helpful sites?
