Infection Control in PACU

Hello, I'm working on an assignment for my practicum in pacu. Need collaboration from other nurses that aren't in my region. I'm in Mississippi. This collaboration is in regards to cutting down on infection in pacu. What are some of your policies on cutting down on infection in pacu? Any advice would be appreciated.
Same as anywhere else, standard (universal) policies.Are there specific situations that you want to focus on?
