Are you and your nursing unit doing anything team-building and festiv for the holidays?

My workplace has adopted a fun activity/contest for the holidays - 6 groups of clinical staff are assigned to a different office in our Medical Admin area. My group, Team Grinch, are decorating our Nurse Manager's assistant's desk area there's a prize involved, but this is our first year doing is so we have no idea what kind of prize it may be!
We are doing Secret Santa.

Comment:
We do a secret santa too, but we give gifts once a week until that last week of Christmas. The first three weeks, the gift is $5 and then the last week the gift is $15.

We do the "Secret Santa" bit too, but we call it "spooking" and it's a lot of fun. We draw names so no-one knows who is buying for who.We also plan outings; a group of us went to a well-known picnic spot (it's summer here!) for a barbecue last Friday. Our PACU usually goes out together to a restaurant for dinner before Xmas, and the whole theater also plans an evening out (but they have a nasty habit of dropping out at the last minute, so I refuse point-blank to book for them).
