Newer employees are so overwhelmed that they don't even know what to complain about! So the rest of us move on.....

Well that just sucks. Hard for me to learn if all I get to work with are doe-eyed, first ever real job, early-20 somethings. Jules, don't go.

Yep, I have found that a lot of NM's love the 'sheeple'.

Actually I think it is a comment on their competence, which is well deserved. They are allowed to critique our performance and they are immune? Oh wait, they are critiqued by their bosses, now three steps removed from bedside care, if nurses at all. It's just not a good system, but that's what it is. They say most people quit their boss, not their job, and I've found it is completely true.

Quote from Jules AThank you for your support but no worries there will be others with experience that will stay although we have lost quite a few gems, imo. I really need to go before my fat mouth finally does me in.

I'm in the same boat. Done what I can to raise a stink. 100% agree with "Most people quit the boss, not the job". Good luck to you Jules!
