Even though it requires blood transmission, the man THOUGHT it could be transmitted through saliva...in which case the intent was still there.I like the attempted murder charge.

And if his gums were bleeding? Or he'd bit his tongue...or the inside of his lip? Or had post nasal drip from a nose bleed?
