Nurse Internship/Externship

I just want to ask, Can I apply for Internship/Externship as a nurse even if I am already BSN graduate?. Why am I asking this? I only had clinical rotations as a student nurse back when I was still studying, I am a foreign graduate and is currently applying for a license and looking for part time jobs for the meantime. I don't have any proper work experience, volunteer or paid, that is why I need to establish myself to get one. I've been to several hospitals already for volunteerism/paid work even as nurse aide and they still haven't called me in yet nw im really desperate to look for one its so depressing . thanks alot to those who will reply.
I believe the answer is no for externships as those positions are for current students. A nursing internship I think that is where one has graduated and has been hired and getting training. I'm not sure if you could apply to that.Good luck
