Yes and No. I like being a nurse, I like helping patients, I love learning new things, but I don't always like how nurses are treated by administration. Would I go through the schooling for nursing again?? I am not sure. Sorry I couldn't give you a straight answer.

No. But I regret some of the issues that challenge nursing today.

no i do not regret becoming a nurse or being one now. however, hindsight being what it is, there's no way i'd do it now. i agree with what others have said regarding administrative treatment of nurses. i have some serious concerns about how good nursing care will be in the not too distant future as nurses are spread thinner and thinner, required to be more of a computer whizz than a hands-on care giver and unlicensed personnel are given their tasks. it scares me.

Yes. Yes I do.

i never regretted pursuing nsg.and i would do repeat the entire experience over again, including nsg school.all these challenges have shaped me into the nurse i am today.i am extremely disappointed in how the nsg profession is viewed and treated. but i see that changing too. afterall, many of us are getting tired in how we are treated and are unwilling to tolerate the b.s. too much longer.leslie
