ICD 10 coding systemWe have a new mandatory inservice on the computer. It's regarding the new coding system, ICD 10, a monumental update from the old ICD 9 that has been in place since the 1970s.I never knew a thing about coding, I learned a lot. Or should the IV port also be cleaned with alcohol after the chlorhexidine cap is removed when the port is being accessed? I can't find literature on this.
