I will be new to call. My call will be one 12 hour weekend day shift a month, either 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. And two 10pm to 6am weekday shifts per month. So, roughly, 3 days. Is this consider a pretty tame call requirement? Thank you for your time

1.) What questions were asked?
2.) How long does it take to get an answer from NM and HR?
3.) How much pay for day shift
