I have been a charge nurse on a 36 bed medical oncology unit for about 3 months, and my manager has asked me to investigate ways to streamline our charge nurse shift report process.

Currently, we have a form, and the charge nurse will walk

I've been aLPN since 2009 and only worked five months in LTC right after getting my license. That's the only experience I have. My daughter was born with major health issues and I had to quit working to take care of her through multiple surgeries.

3 I just saw a commercial for a thing called "Dr. on Demand," where you basically Skype a doctor and they can write you prescriptions etc.

While it could be convenient, this seems a little crazy.
