ACA and PRN Staff--is there a waiver?

If PRN staff have medical insurance through their spouse's employer, can they sign a waiver and work more than the 30 hours per week? That depends on your employment agreement and how your workplace uses PRN staff. Most prn jobs do not offer benefits
