Hi, I know most nurses graduate young. I waited until my kids were older and I have more life experience as a result than younger nurses. On the other hand, I have not been able to get a job in acute care. I have interviewed and applied to many jobs.

Hepatitis B titer low?

I asked my Dr to run a test for hepatitis b and c.
Hep C came back negative.
The test he ran was called Hepatitis B surface ab quan.
Beside the test was listed 8.3...which I'm guessing is low.

85 Just a heads up to inquiring people who read this site. Nursing involves butt wiping, blood, snot, urine, etc. An RN by your name doesn't mean others deal with yucky realities of patient care.

Also, you will likely have to pay your dues job wise.
