I'm a California new grad RN. I've applied to a number of out of state new grad programs and have gotten rejection emails from most. I notice that for most of the job requirements, it says "MUST BE LICENSED IN ______ or COMPACT WITH MULTI-STAT

I may be an idealist, but Bayfront seems to be really horrible to it's employees. You are hired onto a floor after a 3 month stint of the 'Residency' program, which pretty much consists of following Nurses around and taking over their patient load
