I am an ADN new grad with license in hand in the state of GA. It has been really hard to find hospital jobs and I was starting to look for a private practice. Does anyone have an idea of what is an acceptable pay rate for private practice RN

I am currently a RN working in ICU. I love having the knowledge base of an ICU nurse and only working 3 12hr shifts, but I am getting burned out. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can still keep my 3 12hr shifts and do something less stressful

Should i get my paramedic so that i can go straight into er when u get my RN?

So I just got my EMT for my RN program because that used to get you extra points to get into the program(if you were a tech i should say but iyou can do that with your emt).... but then they changed the point system to where that is not the case anym
