How to leave a good situation for a new hospital back home... advice neededHello everyone.I've been an RN for over a year, and have worked on a Med/Surg (primarily Surgical) unit for over a year. I relocated to a smaller hospital after ADN school, and have really enjoyed it. I have great co-workers, solid 7a-7p hours, an Pediatric nursing residency competitivenessI have a bachelor's degree in biology, but only a 2.9 GPA. This grade is not reflective of my true potential. I would be getting an ADN to start. I am wondering if hospitals readily accept ADN graduates or mostly BSN graduates? What are good ways toHow do I find my niche?I am on a general medical floor.
