Hi everyone, I returned to acute care and am on orientation this week. I survived my first 12 hour shift and was curious as to if anyone has heard of 10 hour shifts for nursing?? I know the business world does these and usually working four 10 hour s

1 What do you think is more important as a younger/ and newish (3years) nurse? Good experience or job stability? I currently work at a VA and registry in telemetry/med surg. I love my coworkers, and the work is pretty manageable at the VA. I'm stuck

Choosing RN position

I have 2 options:
1 Cleveland Clinic Urology/Telemetry floor. All nights, but I only have to work once every 3 weekends. 25.75/hr
2nd is UH infectious disease floor. Day/night and it is every other weekend. 27-28/hr

Hello, I'm looking to relocate to SoCal. I'm currently a RN in NY. Been a nurse for only 2 years. Practiced in eye surgery, now I'm in the Main OR.

I have been unemployed since July 2012 due to being terminated for what the company said was as EMTALA violation.
I was cleared by the BON just this past July and don't even know how to go about looking for work again?
