Medical Question

Hello. I have been having diahhrea for the past 2 months now and counting. So has my mom and dad. I have also been having abdominal pains that seem to get worse. I have diahhrea quite a few times a day. If counted, I've been to the bathroom about 5 times daily just for number 2. I've also been peeing very frequently, a lot more than normal. This morning I had a random bowel movement and it turned up to look like dirt. It had no form at all. I've also been having lower back pain, kind of like the pains you get during your menstrual cycle but worse. Most of my pain is directed at my lower back/hip area on both sides. I don't feel nauseous all the time, but it pops up every now and then and is NOT extreme at all. I have also been burping more than normal, but not too much to be extremely worried about it. Either way, none of this is normal for me. Should I be concerned? Oh and if needed to know I am 17 years of age and I am on Sertraline 100MG for depression. Thank you.
