i did agency for 2 years loved it .... only difference no benefits more money and you go to different hospitals ,,,, after a while the hospital staff will ask for you directly ..... i loved it because i didnt have to deal with meeting or all the burocracy....try it! i waitied it out until i got a job for a goverment hospital... try to get in to an agency the staffs a hospital you want to really work in
