Help me remember the name of a very rare abd condition - organs turn gelatinous.Rating: (votes: 0) It was open and draining, BECAUSE her "guts" were turning to gelatin. This is a very rare condition, and I can't seem to find it with out the official name (which I *used* to remember), which is very long!! haha. Does ANYONE have an idea of what I am talking about? It is fatal, it happens in the abdomen, and eventually (due to bacteria I believe) the "guts" just start to turn to gelatin and leak out. Thanks if you can help ![]() Is it colloid carcinoma? what a sad case! I work in hospice, so I'd love to know the answer as well! Comment:
Doesn't ebola do that also? Or do you just bleed from every orifice?
