what goes on at 2nd Interview?

Okay, I am a new Grad... trying to get into the hospitals.. but not hiring new grads.
I did apply at a OBGYN office... I sent my resume, was called in for interview with the Head Nurse. She said she had many interviews but would make a decision by the end of the week. I did not hear anything... called back to see if she made a decision, was told no by the receptionist....I figured I did not get it because I have no obgyn experience.

almost a month later... today she called asked if I was still interested in the positon and would I like to come in and interview with the doctor? I said yes!

Okay, my question is for anyone that has interviewed for this kind of position... What kind of questions do you think the doctor will be asking me. What are they looking for in a candidate for this kind of job?
Does anyone have any ideas or advice???

Okay my question is
Rats, just blew away my post. Here goes again...Some docs are friendly, some are not. Some want a handmaiden, some want you to continue your edu and become a partner in crime. It can swing either way. As soon as you can, ask what he/she envisions your working relationship to be like, or something like that to get the doc to lay the cards out on the table. I, would not work for a doc that just wants a non-thinking handmaiden.
