I am wondering which hospitals are willing to hire RN's with 6months - 1 year of experience?

I feel sorry for the HR people working at the first hospital to be listed as they will be pummeled with applications, resumes, bouquets of flowers, and boxes of candy.(okay, so maybe I won't feel so sorry )
