Bedside report

We are just getting started with bedside report @ the Hospital I work in and we have LPN's here. I am wanting to here from other facilities that have LPN's in their mix, and how you do bedside report in your facility.
The LPNs get/give report the same as the RNs at my hospital. We go room to room and write our name and number on the board in the room and give the report.
