Any ICU RNs worked at NoVA hospitals?

Hello!
I am a 4-year experienced adult ICU RN moving to NoVA by August 2012 and I was wondering if anyone has worked in any of the following NoVA hospitals (Sentara Potomac Hospital; Reston Hospital; INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital) as an ICU RN? I am looking into working in one of those hospitals but was wondering if anyone has had any ICU experience in any of them and liked it? I know they are smaller community hospitals which I don't mind at all.
